These terms apply to your use of jerne.com before launch. The site is operated by Jerne Group Inc., Suite 5600, 100 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1C9, Canada. By using it you agree to these terms.

1. What the site is

An information page and a mailing list. There are no accounts, products or paid services on the site yet. Joining the list is free and you can leave it at any time.

2. Our content

The text, images, design and the Jerne name and badge design on this site belong to Jerne Group Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, submit information that is not yours, automate sign-ups or scrape the site.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect and why.

5. No warranty

The site is provided as it is, and it may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn without notice. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, and at launch they will be replaced. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
