Deleting your data

You can have us delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

If you joined our mailing list

Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to privacy@jerne.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. We keep only a record that you asked, so that we never email you again.

If you verified an Instagram account with us

Write to privacy@jerne.com with the Instagram username you verified, or send “delete my data” by direct message to @jernewithme from that account. We will delete the record of the check — it deletes itself after seven days in any case — and confirm by the same route. Service logs that name the username are kept for no more than 90 days.

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you. We act within 30 days and tell you when it is done, including anything the law requires us to keep and why.
